How We Work

Fill out the inquiry form to get started. We just need a little information about your project so we can determine if our agency is the right fit. We typically respond within 48 hours. 

After reviewing your inquiry, an Innovator will schedule your private consultation. This consultation may be virtual or in-person, depending on the project. 

Your Innovator will ask you for details such as the project timeline, your budget, what you hate about the space and what you love, and your goals for the new design.

Most consultations take 1-2 hours to complete and may include a site visit. Both are subject to the size and scope of your project.

After your consultation, our Innovator will work with our graphic artist to bring your design to life. Each consultation includes one custom design you can hand off to your contractor or builder.

If you need more than one design, talk to your Innovator during the consultation to avoid additional fees. 

If there's something you don't love, we'll change it. You get one major design revision included. Major changes are amendments to the project scope*, such as adding or removing key features or foundational items.

To avoid multiple revisions that can be time-consuming and costly, be as specific as possible during your project consultation.
